We’re still buzzing with excitement here at Premier Academy Red Deer! On April 5th, our U12 Level 1 team made history by bringing home 1st place in their division at the 2025 Canadian Nationals in Niagara Falls—our first-ever national title!

Canadian Nationals, hosted by Canadian Cheer, is one of the biggest and most competitive cheerleading events in the country. Our athletes gave a truly unforgettable performance that earned them the top spot and made all of Red Deer proud!

But the celebrations didn’t stop there.

After Nationals, our team earned an invite to the prestigious Canadian Cheer Finals, where only the top-scoring teams from across all Nationals sessions are selected to compete. In a lineup of Canada’s best, our athletes rose to the challenge again and placed 3rd overall in Level 1!

These athletes have trained with heart and determination all season long, and their success on the national stage is truly well-deserved.”
