The party room is yours alone. In the gym your party has its own designated space, but depending on the time and location you may be sharing the floor with a class or another group.
Families bring their own food and drinks for every package. In Bonnyville the bouncy castle comes with every package. Pricing, party length and the maximum number of guests vary a little by gym — enquire below and you’ll see exactly what applies at yours.

Before you book

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend four to six weeks ahead. Call your gym any time to check a date, or come tour the facility before you decide.

How many kids can come?

Up to 24 participants at every gym. That count includes parents and siblings who are in the gym, not just the children taking part. In Fort McMurray extra adults are welcome as observers.

What do we bring?

Food and drinks for every package, plus plates, cutlery, cups and napkins for Basic and Next Level. Ultimate includes themed plates, napkins, cutlery and balloons. There’s a fridge on site you’re welcome to use.

Do we get the whole gym to ourselves?

The party room is always private — it’s yours for the full hour. In the gym, your party has its own designated space, but you may be sharing the floor with a class or another group running at the same time, depending on your location and time slot. Ask us when you enquire and we’ll tell you what’s on at your chosen time.

Is the gym nut-free?

Yes. Our facilities are nut-free, so please make sure anything you bring in is too.

Do parents stay?

Parents of children under 3 must stay for the full party. Other parents are welcome to stay or drop off.

Does everyone need a waiver?

Yes — every guest needs a signed waiver on file before they can participate. Send the waiver link out with your invitations so it’s done ahead of time.

What if we need to cancel?

Cancelling more than one week before your party date carries a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations within the week of the party are non-refundable.
