We’re looking for an enthusiastic person who is organized and loves people. This person will be responsible for general administrative tasks, managing calendars, answering phones, messages and emails as well as daytime customer service. This person will report to the gym owner and assist with tasks related to events and program management. The ideal person will be eager to learn and adapt to high-energy environments. Knowledge of Google applications, WordPress and Trello is not required but helpful.

1. Answer phones, emails and messages
2. Assist walk-in customers
3. Book travel and accommodations for staff
4. Manage meetings and calendars
5. General cleaning and organization
6. Various functions of database and client management
7. Assisting new members with on-boarding and class selection
8. General sales of programs and events
9. Assistance in coordination, preparation and quality measurement of large-scale events
10. Assist with any other projects and activities to benefit the well-being of our clients, staff and the community
