We are looking for outgoing applicants that are smart, punctual, and super organized. Applicants must have exceptional people skills, the ability to perform under pressure, love working with children, and the desire to build a career at Premier. Class and group management of kids is beneficial.

Experience is preferred but not necessary for many of our entry-level positions. We have an excellent training system for our employees that allows anyone with a passion for teaching to work a Premier Academy.

Receptionist

Premier Academy, a vibrant hub of excellence in cheerleading, tumbling, preschool programming, and special events, is in search of a dedicated and personable Receptionist to join our dynamic team for part-time/casual work. As one of the front-end faces of Premier Academy, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a positive and seamless experience for all our students, parents, and visitors.

Responsibilities:

  • Warmly greet and assist visitors, parents, and students with enthusiasm.
  • Manage incoming calls, providing information about our diverse programs and events.
  • Effectively handle inquiries related to cheerleading, tumbling, preschool programs and other programming.
  • Maintain an organized and inviting reception area that reflects the energy of Premier Academy.
  • Collaborate with program coordinators to coordinate special events and activities.
  • Assist in enrollment procedures, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new students.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with cheerleading, tumbling, or preschool education is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment.
  • Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is advantageous.
  • Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a commitment to outstanding customer service.

Work Hours: 

  • Must be available to work evenings and Saturdays.
  • This is a part-time position that has the potential of increasing hours.

Tumbling/Cheer Coach

Must have experience working with various ages and abilities. Experience with coaching tumbling or cheerleading is not necessary but must be passionate about working with children and making a positive impact in their life.

Advanced Cheer/Tumbling Coach

Must have experience working with various ages and abilities. Experience coaching tumbling/gymnastics or cheerleading IS necessary. Must also be passionate about working with children and making a positive impact in their life.

Marketing Assistant

Position Details:

We’re looking for someone who is eager to spread the word on the amazing things the athletes and staff are doing at Premier Academy! Not only do our coaches work hard to instill confidence in children, but they develop leaders. These stories will be celebrated by the Premier Academy Marketing Coordinator! Additionally, this person will be responsible for helping spread the word to families new to the area and parents who are looking for a way for their children to make friends, get fit and have fun!

Hours:

– 15 to 20 hours per week.

– Flexibility is available between daytime hours and evenings, but must have availability in the evenings and occasionally on the weekends to cover activities and events.

– This is an in-person position and at home work is not available.

– Once hired, the marketing coordinator will work with the Program Directors and owner on a weekly schedule to assess the needs of the program.

Tasks:

  1. Manage all content on Premier Academy Red Deer Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok and Youtube
  2. Manage content in Premier Academy Red Deer Team Band pages
  3. Email and SMS marketing
  4. Graphic design support for all programs
  5. Copy writing and editing for all programs
  6. Assistance with booking tours and trial memberships
  7. Facebook Ad management
  8. Photography and videography as well as basic editing for social media content
  9. Grassroots marketing material design and implementation
  10. Set up and representation at community events
  11. Other projects or tasks that support the mission at Twister Sports
