We are looking for outgoing applicants that are smart, punctual, and super organized. Applicants must have exceptional people skills, the ability to perform under pressure, love working with children, and the desire to build a career at Premier. Class and group management of kids is beneficial.

Experience is preferred but not necessary for many of our entry-level positions. We have an excellent training system for our employees that allows anyone with a passion for teaching to work a Premier Academy.

Marketing Director **New Position**

We’re looking for an someone who is eager to spread the word on the amazing things the athletes and staff are doing at Premier Academy! Not only do our staff work hard to instill confidence in children, but they develop leaders. These stories will be celebrated by the Premier Academy Marketing Director! Additionally, this person will be responsible for helping spread the word to families new to the area and parents who are looking for a way for their children to make friends, get fit and have fun!

Hours:

  • Flexibility is available between daytime hours and evenings, but the director must have availability in the evenings and occasionally on the weekends to cover activities and events.
  • Approximately 15 – 20 hours per week. **Can be combined with a coaching position to increase the number of hours per week.
  • This is an in-person position and telecommuting is not available.
  • Once hired, the marketing director will work with the owner and other Program Coordinators on a weekly schedule to needs of the program.

Tasks:

  1. Manage all content on Premier Academy Red Deer & Double Up Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok and Youtube
  2. Manage content in Premier Academy Member Facebook Group (excluding: Team groups)
  3. Website management (WordPress training is provided)
  4. Email and SMS marketing
  5. Creation of print Marketing material
  6. Graphic design support for all programs
  7. Copy writing and editing for all programs
  8. Facebook Ad and Google Ad management
  9. Photography and videography as well as basic editing for social media content
  10. Grassroots marketing material design and implementation
  11. Set up and representation at community events
  12. Other projects or tasks that support the mission at Premier Academy

Administrative Assistant

Position Details:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic person who is organized and loves people. This person will be responsible for general administrative tasks, managing calendars, answering phones, messages and emails as well as daytime customer service. This person will report to the gym owner and assist with tasks related to events and program management. The ideal person will be eager to learn and adapt to high-energy environments. Knowledge of Google applications, WordPress and Trello is not required but helpful.

Hours:

  • Monday-Thursdays 9-1 p.m.

Tasks:
1. Answer phones, emails and messages
2. Assist walk-in customers
3. Book travel and accommodations for staff
4. Manage meetings and calendars
5. General cleaning and organization
6. Various functions of database and client management
7. Assisting new members with on-boarding and class selection
8. General sales of programs and events
9. Assistance in coordination, preparation and quality measurement of large-scale events
10. Assist with any other projects and activities to benefit the well-being of our clients, staff and the community

Front Desk Staff

Premier Academy is currently seeking someone to fill the position of part-time Front Desk staff.  The ideal candidate is personable, has strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask and is a team player.  The ability to work evenings and Saturdays is required.

Tumbling/Cheer Coach

Must have experience working with various ages and abilities. Experience with coaching tumbling or cheerleading is not necessary but must be passionate about working with children and making a positive impact in their life.

Advanced Cheer/Tumbling Coach

Must have experience working with various ages and abilities. Experience coaching tumbling/gymnastics or cheerleading IS necessary. Must also be passionate about working with children and making a positive impact in their life.
