PROGRAM OPTIONS

PARENT & TOT PROGRAMS

These parented classes introduce the joy of movement through organized play, songs, games and circuits for your little ones 6 months to 2 years old.
Our Bouncing Babies, Move & Play, and Ninja Tot classes are run in sessions and not eligible for the trial membership. These 6-12 weeks sessions run year-round.

NINJA PROGRAMS

Lil & Mini Ninja is inspired by gymnastics, martial arts, obstacle training and freestyle movement for girls and boys 3 – 5 years old & 6 – 8 years old. Children learn a combination of flips, rolls, jumps and kicks. Strength and agility are tested through obstacle courses and various training techniques.

PRESCHOOL PROGRAMMING

Our Tumbling Tots program is perfect for your active 3 to 5-year-old. During these classes, we focus on independent learning as well as group learning skills. Our safety-certified instructors teach the fundamentals of tumbling, core strength, balance, and flexibility in a fun and active learning environment.

TUMBLING PROGRAMS

From 6 years and up, beginner to advanced, we have a class for everyone. Our tumbling classes provide a fun and safe environment to learn new skills while promoting fitness, self-esteem, and self-confidence. Classes are leveled to allow for safe progression through all fundamental tumbling and gymnastics skills such as rolls, handstands, cartwheels, walkovers, handsprings, tucks, layouts and up to fulls.

RECREATIONAL CHEERLEADING

Our Cheer 101 & Rec Cheer programs are the perfect starting point for athletes who are brand new to the exciting world of cheer! In these fun and supportive classes, athletes will learn the basics of cheerleading—including motions, jumps, tumbling, stunts, and dance—while building strength, flexibility, and confidence. These programs are designed to introduce cheer in an encouraging, team-oriented environment where kids can make friends, stay active, and develop important skills both on and off the mat. Whether your child is just curious about cheer or looking for a recreational way to experience the sport, Cheer 101 & Rec Cheer are the best place to begin their journey!
