Cheerleading (Elite+, Elite, Prep, Novice, Recreational)

A cancellation form must be completed and submitted to Premier Academy.

A meeting must be scheduled with the team coaches.

Missed practices require an absence request form submitted to coaches for approval. No refunds or credits will be provided for missed practices.

Monthly Semis Private Lessons

Membership fees are non-refundable.

No refunds, credits, or make-up classes will be offered for missed lessons.

You may attempt to sell your semi or pop-up lessons at your own risk. Payment collection is your responsibility.

To cancel, a cancellation form must be submitted before the 23rd of the month to avoid charges for the following month. If submitted on or after the 23rd, the next month’s payment will still be processed, and end dates will be updated accordingly.

PD Days / Preschool Camps / Field Trips / Rentals

Summer Camps
- Discounts apply when paying for a full month and full week.
- Discounts, refunds or credits will not be given for missed days.
- Payment is processed at the time of registration.
- Because your child will hold a slot in our program, no refunds will be issued at any time.
- Refunds are not available for students who have paid for the summer in full.
Birthday Parties

A $50 cancellation fee will apply if cancelled more than one week in advance.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within one week of the party.

Merchandise

No refunds or exchanges on ordered items (e.g., uniforms, shoes, pro shop orders).

No refunds on items purchased from the in-house pro shop. Exchanges may be approved if the same item is in stock.

You may sell your merchandise through our Facebook buy/sell page at your own risk.

We do not sell items on behalf of members or handle pick-ups or payments.

General Policies

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items while your athlete is at the gym.

Athletes ages 3–5 must be fully potty trained to attend unattended programs.
Bullying & Conduct Policy

We are a bully-free zone. Any form of bullying will be addressed immediately, and the individual may be asked to leave.
