Program Policies - Premier Academy

A cancellation form must be completed and submitted to Premier Academy.
A meeting must be scheduled with the team coaches.
A final monthly payment will be processed as an exit fee.
No refunds will be issued for tuition, uniforms, or membership fees.
Missed practices require an absence request form submitted to coaches for approval. No refunds or credits will be provided for missed practices.
Payment is due upon registration. If payment is not received, your athlete will be removed from the class. Re-registration is the parent’s responsibility and requires payment to secure the spot.
Fees are processed on the 25th of each month using the credit card on file. If payment is not received by the 5th of the month, a $25 late fee will be applied. Athletes will not be permitted to participate until payment is received in full.

You may attempt to sell your semi or pop-up lessons at your own risk. Payment collection is your responsibility.

You may sell your merchandise through our Facebook buy/sell page at your own risk.
We do not sell items on behalf of members or handle pick-ups or payments.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items while your athlete is at the gym.
Athletes ages 3–5 must be fully potty trained to attend unattended programs.

We are a bully-free zone. Any form of bullying will be addressed immediately, and the individual may be asked to leave.
Respect Everyone: Show kindness, understanding, and empathy.
No Name-Calling or Teasing: Hurtful language or mocking is not tolerated.
Keep Hands and Feet to Yourself: Physical contact that could harm or intimidate others is not allowed.
Speak Up, Not Out: Report any bullying to a coach, staff member, or trusted adult.
Support Each Other: Encourage teammates and be a positive influence.
Use Kind Words: Choose language that builds others up.
Include Everyone: Ensure all athletes feel welcome, safe, and valued.
Zero Tolerance: Bullying (verbal, physical, social, or online) is strictly prohibited.
Be a Role Model: Lead by example through inclusive behavior.
Safe Space: Everyone deserves to grow, learn, and participate in a secure environment.
