Our Individual Evaluations are the first step in the team placement process for athletes who are new to Premier Academy or looking to move from our Novice or Prep programs into our Elite Cheer program.
During this one-on-one evaluation, our coaching team will assess each athlete’s current skill level, including tumbling, jumps, flexibility, and overall readiness for Elite training. This allows us to get a clear understanding of where each athlete is at and how we can best support their success moving forward.
The purpose of this evaluation is not to place athletes directly onto a team, but to determine which placement session time slot they will attend during our upcoming group placement sessions. Group placements are where final team selections are made.
Our goal is to ensure every athlete is placed in an environment where they can grow, feel confident, and be challenged appropriately within our Elite program.
