What’s in the trial

Two kinds of class, levelled so every child starts in the right place.

Tumbling

Ages 3 – 12

From first rolls and balance to handsprings. Classes are grouped by age and skill level. Beginners are welcome.

Ninja

Ages 3 – 12

Obstacle courses, strength and agility drawn from gymnastics, martial arts and freestyle movement.

Questions parents ask us

Who is the $49 trial for?

Children aged 3 to 12, in tumbling or ninja classes. Classes are levelled, so there is a place for a child who has never tried it and for one already working on handsprings. Cheer, Bouncing Babies, Move & Play and Ninja Tots are not part of the $49 trial. All children must be potty trained — our classes are un-parented.

Does my child need any experience?

No. Tumbling Tots, Lil Ninja and Beginner Basics all start from scratch. If you’re not sure which class fits, choose your gym above and we’ll help you pick.

Is $49 per child?

Yes. $49 covers one child for one class a week over four weeks. GST is added at checkout, so one child comes to $51.45. You can enrol more than one child in the same purchase.

How do we start, and when is the first class?

Choose your gym above and you’ll be taken straight to the class schedule, where you can see the classes, days and times at that gym and find the one that suits your child. You then purchase the $49 trial on the same page — it asks for your details, your child’s name and date of birth, and payment.

The purchase itself does not book a specific class time. Once it goes through, Premier Academy gets in touch to confirm which class your child will join and the date of their first session, so keep an eye on your email and phone. The four weeks run from that first class, not from the day you pay.

What happens after the four weeks? Can we cancel?

The membership continues automatically. Your athlete converts to a full Premier Academy membership on the day your four weeks end — there is nothing to sign up for.

If you would rather not continue, submit the Member Cancellation form at least 2 business days before your last trial class. Nothing is charged, and your athlete still finishes the four weeks you paid for.

If you do continue, on the day your four weeks end we charge the card on file for:

the annual membership fee of $34.99, and
tuition for the rest of that month, pro-rated to the classes left in it.

After that, monthly tuition is processed on the 25th of each month for the month ahead. To stop it at any point, submit the same Member Cancellation form before the 23rd — on or after the 23rd, the next month is still processed and the end date is adjusted accordingly. There is no exit fee.

Your first class date sets these dates, so we confirm them with you when we book that class. Current rates and the full terms are shown before you pay. See our program policies.

What if we miss a class? Are fees refundable?

Membership fees are non-refundable, and there are no refunds or credits for missed classes.

You can book a make-up class instead — within one month of the missed class, in a class at the same level. Full detail is in our program policies.
