The following items are terms and conditions for the 12 Days of Christmas Sweepstakes hosted on Facebook from Dec 1, 2025 to Dec. 12, 2025. 

1. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.

2. No purchase is necessary to win. This contest is based on chance alone. A purchase does not enhance the chance of winning.

3. Participants may enter a total of three times each day by engaging with the Facebook post.

4. Participants must “opt in” to participate by engaging with the Facebook post and visiting the Terms and Conditions page (this page).

5. No participant may win more than once for the duration of the campaign.

6. Void where prohibited. To qualify for a prize, winners must live within 50 km of a Premier Academy location (Red Deer, Bonnyville, or Fort McMurray). No prizes will be mailed, and no prizes may be redeemed unless the participant meets this requirement.

7. Prizes are not transferable and may not be “gifted.” They must remain within the family who won.

8. Prizes may not be redeemed for cash, and certificates hold no cash value.

9. The contest will begin at 8 a.m. MST on Dec. 1 and will end at 10 a.m. MST on Dec. 13 when the final winner is announced.

10. Eligibility requirements: Winners must be at least 18 years old and have a valid Facebook profile in order to qualify.

11. Prizes must be redeemed, and credits must be used, no later than 11:59 p.m., Dec. 20, 2025.

12. Winners will be selected using a random participant generator and will be chosen impartially by a third party.

Participants who cannot meet these requirements are discouraged from entering the sweepstakes.
